Hello,
I'm currently working in some reports(Reporting Services 2000)
that have to be send (e-mail subscription) like XLS or CVS file to
the internal users, but the e-mails have not been received by any user
with the attached documents.
However the other mails subscriptions including Link to the report or
Web archive are delivered by e-mail to the user without any problem.
I'll really appreciate, if somebody can help me.
Regards,
DinaTry the reporting services newsgroup.

Reporting Services 2000 Batch Printing
Is there anyway to send a subscription report directly to a printer on a network?
Thanks!

reporting services - subscription
Creating a subscription in Reporting Services/SQL Server 2K/ for the automated delivery of an email notification that report is updated.
In the subscription, there is an option:
Delivered by: Report Server E-Mail
that is in the "Report Delivery Options" section.
When this option is selected and the email generated, it comes from the email address of my predecessor former.person@.emailaddress.com, I need to change the address to my own but can't find where to change it. Can anyone point this out?i think its in the config file, i don't have my book with me at the moment
the config files are located on the server @. C:\program files\microsoft sql server\mssql\reporting services... there is 2 directories in there, one for each site (report server / report manager), check the config files and see where one of them specifies the smtp settings, you should be able to change the email addy in there and save it
since its a config file you prolly dont have to stop/start anything

Reporting Server Subscription Issue
Dear All,
We are facing some issue in reporting service subscriptions. In one of the
server when We create subscription to save or send report, Its giving below
error.
But reports works fine directly from the report manager.
ERROR:
Failure sending mail: An error has occurred during report processing.
Its not logging anything on the report server log file. We have configured
reports server's .config files to point to application's dll file.
Everything works fine from the report manager.
We created a report with some data from the database which is working fine
with the subscription. But when I added code to access application dll, its
not working through subscription
(though it works from report manager).
Anyone faced similar issue and able to solve, please let me know.
Thanks,
RamWhy would you change the config in such a way?
