reporting services add-in for WSS

I am having issues installing the reporting services addin for sharepoint.
While the installer claims the install was successful, I do not see the
features in Sharepoint Central Administration.
A look at the install log shows that the install failed. I am logged in as
administrator, this account is also the primary and secondary site
collection administrator on sharepoint.
User: administrator
Installing Report Server feature.
Calling copyappbincontents command.
copyappbincontents command completed successfully.
Adding Report Server feature to farm.
Report Server feature was already installed.
Activating Report Server feature to root level site collections.
Activating feature in web app 'Replica'
Activating feature to root site collection: http://localhost:81
Feature already activated in site collection http://localhost:81
Activateing Report Server feature in all admin site collections.
Activating feature in web app ''
Activating feature to root site collection: http://localhost:43565
******* User does not have permission to add feature to site collection:
http://localhost:43565
Updating DocIcon.xml file
DocIcon.xml file updated.
Beginning install of cab files.
Calling HCInstal for lcid '1033'
Outcome code is: 32
...
Cab files installed successfully.Figured this out. I had installed WSS when the computer was not attached to
a domain using the local administrator account. And, now the computer is
attached to the domain. Even though I was logged in as the domain admin and
had changed the site collection owners to this domain admin account the
install of Reporting Services add-in kept on failing. So, I logged in using
the local computer admin account and did the install and that worked.
