I have seen this issue posted a few times in the forum, but have not
any replies or solutions...
In Report Viewer, the report is listed as having 10 pages both in the
Report Viewer navigation bar and in my footer (="Page " &
Globals!PageNumber & " of " & Globals!TotalPages).
When the report is printed; however, it prints as 19 pages with the
footer stating "Page xx of 19"
Both the interactive size and page size are set at 11in, 8.5in.
It seems especially problematic when the report contains a matrix.
Any way of getting these numbers to synch?
Thanks! Were you able to figure this out?
I have the same problem. We export the reports to pdf. None of the
three (HTML, Print Preview, pdf) has the same number of pages. Does the
Interactive size do anything?

Reporting Services - Error 25619
My Reporting Services installation failed reporting error
code 25619.
I can't find any suggested solutions to the error -
although it appears others have encountered it.
I am trying to install Reporting Services on Windows 2000
Server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

You're not the only one to have that problem. During the install the
help file is available (it is removed when the install rolls back.) It
suggests that if you receive this error you make sure that:
- the MSDTC service is running
- the account "IUSR_<computer name>" is enabled
Unfortunately this did not help me
(see my post called "Setup - Error 25619" in
microsoft.public.sqlserver.reportingsvcs for more information)

Reporting for our HR application
We are about to create a new reporting platform for our HR application. We
are considering different solutions and I would like to get some advice.
We have different kind of tables, eg. Base Tables, Transaction Tables, Setup
Tables. We need to be able to print out both traditional ERP like
transactional reports eg a list of Employee Loans and aggregated reports
showing salary information.
I also need to provide a model for end users, so they easily can create
their own reports.
We are using Reporting Services as our reporting solution.
1) Create OLAP cubes with all my tables as fact tables and dimensions
surrounding them.
2) Create a reporting services "Report Model".
3) Create all reports on the existing data model.
4) Create a Data Warehouse and create all reports on the new data model.
Thanks
Henrik.Hello Henrik,
SQL Reporting Services 2005 will suitable for your solution.
You could design a report to access your SQL database and generate the
transactional report.
Also, you could design a report to access the SQL Analysis Server.
From your description, my understanding is that you want to use the Report
Model to make end user could design the report.
Yes, you could build a report model based on a Analysis Cube. For more
detailed information about how to build a model, please refer the BOL
