The short answer appears to be that you can't:

But it seems to be a common question, and there have been some solutions
discussed in microsoft.public.sqlserver.reportingsvcs:

This is actually similar to what I am doing. Different reports for each environment.

But it offerss microsoft.public.sqlserver.misc which is defunct.
Anyway, you can tune into msnews.microsoft.com to get access to
all mirosoft.public.* newsgroups.
